Since 2007 Thrive Support Services, Inc. has been dedicated to empowering developmentally disabled adults. Our mission is to equip them with the necessary supports to become valued members of their chosen communities.
Thrive offers a unique blend of supported living and independent living services for our clients. We work with developmentally disabled adults to give them support necessary carry out their daily living activities.
We are not just a team of experts that make decisions for the individual, but a team of facilitators, cheerleaders and coaches that assist with developing and maintaining circles of support, appointments, grocery shopping. We’ll do whatever it takes
We’re consistently hiring talented Caregivers, Personal Attendants, Direct Support Professionals, Case Managers and ILS Instructors throughout Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.
