Thrive Support Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Caregiver / Personal Attendant to provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. This rewarding role involves empowerment through helping with daily tasks and fostering independence.

Caregiver / Personal Attendant Responsibilities:

The Caregiver / Personal Attendant will provide full care to a developmentally disabled female client with her daily living activities of such as dressing, grooming, meal planning and preparation, medication administration and community outing. Other duties will include light housekeeping.

Caregiver / Personal Attendant Qualifications:

At least one (1) year experience working as a caregiver or in-home aide, preferably with adults with developmental disabilities
High level of accountability and dependability
Must be able to provide hands-on care and support including bathing, dressing, changing depends, assist with medication, etc.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must have a valid California Driver License
Must have access to reliable vehicle
Must be able to pass DOJ fingerprinting/criminal background check
Must be able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
Must be able to obtain TB test result

Caregiver Personal Attendant Benefits Include:

Full-Time (30+ hours per week)

$450 hiring on bonus ($100 on first day, $150 after 90 days and $200 after 6 months).
